Why should my employer add RiverLand as a benefit?
Financial stress negatively impacts employees in the workplace, decreasing productivity and overall satisfaction. Our goal is to improve financial literacy and provide affordable banking and lending products, so employees can worry less about their finances.
Many of our members start saving money with us by setting up regular payroll deposits, which can grow into a valuable emergency fund. When it’s time for those big life purchases (like cars, boats, homes, etc.) our market-leading loan rates can save employees a significant amount of money.
Is there a cost?
There is no cost for your employer to add credit union membership to their benefits package. We just ask that our information is shared with employees on a regular basis (typically via Human Resources), so everyone can take advantage of our services.
How do we sign up?
It’s easy! Just have your employer submit a Petition Letter to our Board of Directors. We’ll provide a template. Once approved, your company will be added to our list of select employer groups making you eligible for membership.
