About CO-OP Shared Branches

What is a Shared Branch?

Shared Branches are other Credit Union offices where RiverLand members can access their accounts. To find participating credit unions, you can use the map on this website or search for locations in your RiverLand FCU mobile app.  There are more than 5,000 offices nationwide!

What can you do at a Shared Branch?

The specific services available can vary from one shared branch to another, so it's always a good idea to check in advance if you need a particular service. Here are some typical services that shared branches usually offer:

  • Deposits
  • Withdrawals
  • Transfers
  • Loan payments
  • Account inquiries
  • Check cashing
  • Money orders and cashier’s checks

What do you need to bring?

If you visit a shared branch, you'll need to provide a valid government-issued ID and your RiverLand account number. If the Shared Branch employees cannot access your account, contact us for assistance.

Important: Before visiting, contact the Shared Branch to make sure it is open and accepting transactions from other credit unions.
