What happened at your credit union last year?
Starting a new year can be exhilarating! You've prepped a new calendar and a blank spreadsheet for a fresh start. Before diving fully into 2025, let's take a moment to celebrate 2024 "wins." This credit union would not exist without you, our member-owners. The RiverLand team is motivated to make improvements that continue to enhance your financial well-being.
Here are a few of our 2024 highlights:
- 1,033 new members welcomed into the credit union
- $6 million+ paid to our savings, money markets, and certificates, an average of $350 per member
- 828 members financed vehicles, saving an estimated average of $2,500 per member*
Product & Service Improvements:
- Online Banking and Mobile App were upgraded in February.
- Added Round-Up Savings Program in February to help members save more easily.
- Created Social Media pages in March to stay more connected with our members.
- Redesigned our main website, riverlandfcu.org, in September with easier ways to find information and financial education.
- Enhanced our Online Membership Applications in September to allow the opening of multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Added a 6-month Certificate in response to member requests for shorter terms.
Prize Winners:
- 4 members won $250 just by saving their own money with Save to Win
- 9 members won our Memory Prize Pack from the International Credit Union Prize Drawing
- 1 member won $250 through our Mastercard Priceless Surprises Giveaway
- 3 members won prizes at our Main Office Grand Re-opening

- 4 new available on our website and in our branches
- 2 free homebuying webinars hosted by Members First Mortgage
